To my friends at Scardina Home Services,
My name is Calvin, I am a 75 year old senior citizen, and an Air Force veteran, who volunteered to serve from 1961 to 1965. I am a member of the American Legion, and a lifetime member of the Air Force Association. I’ve also had a 30-year career as a Maryland Certified General real estate appraiser.
When I realized that I had a plumbing problem, I called several other companies, but all seemed focused on charging me a fee rather than listening to my problem. It was a very fortunate call for me when I called Scardina. It was like talking to family. From my first contact with Mark, who said “we’re not that far away and we’ll send someone tomorrow”, to Rachel, who said that “someone will call you soon”, to Jeremy, who called and came within about a half hour to diagnose my problem, and scheduled help for me within two days. And, finally, to Stephen and Joe, who came out and worked diligently to perform the services.
Everyone associated with this company was warm, friendly, and helpful to this veteran. As an old soldier we always know the difference between being tripped over and bring kicked, and I’m grateful for Scardina’s efforts in correcting my problems. Both Stephen and Joe thanked me for my service.
I found that all home service companies are not the same, and therefore my future home services repair needs will be with your company. I highly recommend your company without reservation.
